Does anyone have any idea of US colleges that offer courses in telecom laws in the LLM curriculum?

I know that Columbia had a telecommunications course taught by Tim Wu. I do not know about other schools.

I spoke to Tim Wu after a seminar once. This guy is clearly impressive...
