I think I found the only remaining criterion on which my final decision, as to which school to attend, will be based on: Local electronic music scene.
How's Chicago in this regard nowadays and what does NYC have to offer? Is the Chicago house scene stil going strong? Are the likes of Marshall Jefferson and legends like Rush still spinning regularly? How has NYC been lately? Does Danny Tengalia still have his monthly 12-hours nights? Is Howells as active as he used to be some years ago? Has dull European pseudo-hip minimal tehcno flooded Chicago/NYC already or are the original sounds of the 70-90s still bravely defended against these hostile intrusions? In which state are party related regulations more loose?

I dno man but I like the way you look to different aspects for deciding on the best LL.M. program.
I tend to do this myself, by looking at rankings that rate law schools by the amount of nice girls and amounts of BMWs in the parking lot.
Didn't put musical diversity in the equation though, and now that I think about it: how the fuck will I be able to transport my music installation to Virginia? Laptop audio makes me sick.

I will corroborate with this criteria! As far as I know Tennaglia is back in the NY scene, he played for 24hr in the NYE rivaling with Tiesto. Howells still active but not a resident anymore, just on tour.. In which state are party related regulations more loose? FL!
