Status of CPE/PgDL in USA

Zwimik

Hi there,

If you have studied for the CPE/PgDL (law conversion) in the UK and then done the LPC and a 2 year training contract and are qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, are you eligible to do an LLM in the USA. I.e do they accept you even though you have done a law conversion course rather than a 3 year law degree?

SO what is the status then of taking the bar exam?

Can you take bar exam after CPE+BVC or CPE+LPC and then a LLM?

Thanks
