Would be highly unprofessional if it were an April Fool's joke. This is one of the most famous schools in the world playing with people's applications and money.

Anyways, hopefully it is just a joke and IELBP applicants have their spot. Maybe the fact that its in the spam mail suggests that it is a joke.

But it would change my opinion on the school at the very least.

Got the "cancellation" email - for some reason they decided to inform me only today. I can hardly express how displeased I am. This is outrageous, to say at least.

Anyone is still waiting for a decision for their SPILS application? They told me they would have the SPILS program finalized by yesterday, but I have yet to receive a decision...

Dear LRL, I was wait listed for the SPILS program at least three weeks ago, when they told me they were going to start submitting denial letters. May be some places have opened, as some admitted applicants have decided to attend other law schools. Did they give you any details about what they mean by 'having the SPILS finalized'?

To those accepted at CGP and LST, there is a group in Facebook called "Stanford LL.M. - 2012/2013".

anybody heard anything from SLS regarding SPILS and LST waitlist?

I am also SPILS wait-listed, but have not heard from them. Maybe all places have already been taken or they are on vacations... I wrote to them twice last week but no answer as of this date.

Some people had to answer SLS until 15th April and others until 30th April. So I think we'll need to wait a bit longer.

I think that only two or three people reported that they were accepted into SPILS in LLM Guide, but they would have to accept at least 12. With you two we are three on wait list... I do not think that three places get open, but who knows...

I just received today the decision for my SPILS application and I am also on the waitlist. They say they have stopped admitting students and are sending denial letters now...

Thank you, L.R.L. Now this really strikes me as odd, as I received the same e-mail at least one month ago. Another SPILS applicant told me that she had been offered a place, but had not taken it, so at least one is open for wait-listers now. Please post any new available info.

Also what interviews are we talking about here? I thought there were no interviews for a Graduate Course?

Just a kind reminder to applicants still waiting for SLS's decisions:

Looking from last year's thread, seems SLS sometime neither says yes nor says no to applicants who do not receive admissions on or before 1 April, even late to almost middle May. In fact, nearly no people reported they receive rejections from SLS. I wonder if SLS would send out rejections to applicants?

they have just begun to send decisions for LST. So it may take 1-2 days to inform whole applicants I guess.
