Hi all! As far as you know, does Stanford make phone interviews for every program or for just some of them?
I applied to the IELB&P LLM, does anyone who also applied to this program received a phone call from them?

Yes, I have heard. Last year, it seems (according to a friend studying in SLS), they rejected/waitlisted around 20% of people who were interviewed. On the other hand, if you read last year discussions, you will find one or two comments of people who were not interviewed at all and got in.

Does anyone know whether they call people according to specialisation? I mean - do they call the IEBLP applicants first, CGP applicants thereafter, etc?

As far as I was told, they do call according to the specialization. It seems they started with the CG one. Another important element is region.

They check if you are in fact the person described in the application. A friend of mine was asked about a piece of information that was provided by her recommender in the letter of recommendation, for instance.

Guys, I just got the call from the ELP teaching fellow. As others have said, it was a friendly conversation to know about my interests, working experience, questions about the program. It lasted 20 minutes.

So there is a high chance they have finished CG first calls. In case someone receives a call for the CG program from now, it would be nice to learn my statement is not accurate...pls share!

Did anyone receive a rejection notice yet?

Usually they send rejection notices further in the process. By the way, the tip for that phase is to keep accessing the application status because very often they update it faster than they send the e-mails.
