I knew a Russian attorney who went to the University of San Francisco for her LL.M on a scholarship that paid all but $5,000 of her tuition. The really enjoyed the school and San Francisco.

So did any of you applied to any LL.M program?
I am from Russia too. I have applied to ONE program (Georgetown) this month... I was pretty determined which University to choose..

First term usually connotes the fall (or autumn) term from september to december, unless a law school allows students to enter in january, or during the summer, commencing june.
