I've spoken to few friends currently at Upenn Law and Wharton, and they are of the view that Sansom Place is quite well located and a good place to be living in..i'm looking at Sansom East, which is usually used for JD and LLM Housing...at the same time..if you thumb through the Housing Options Catalogue, you will find that there are some renovations currently taking place in Sansom Place, which may make living a wee bit uncomfortable..hope this helps..

As far as 'early arrival' goes....you need to download the early arrival form, which is available on the Graduate Housing site, and attach it with the Graduate Housing Form..the early arrival date for LLM Students is listed on the form: July 24, '05. So your rental will be calculated from this date onwards.
