Hi,
I applied last year to Harvard, Stanford and Berkeley, and was rejected. Some people have told me that when it comes to these places, if you're rejected once, you're most probably as good as rejected even if you re-apply the next year. Can anyone tell me if this is just a baseless rumour? Have people who've been rejected one year been re-admitted in the subsequent year?
