Please advice

I am from Ukraine and I want to obtain LLM from a law school in US. Taking the crisis into account I can not afford an expensive school but it is not very important to me. Main idea is to improve my legal english and skills in int. law.
I was considering Chicago Kent but some people say it is not the best chiose and 28,000 $ charge + around 15-20,000 $ living cost are too much for my private Ukrainian pocket . ))))
Any suggestions ? Maybe another law school or it is better to try Europe ? (closer and cheaper)

If your credentials are good, shoot for the best universities (Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Columbia, NYU, Chicago) and try to get scholarships with them.
