Hi,
Does anybody know which universities are strong in legal philosophy in the US? Currently, I know that NYU and UPenn are strong in jurisprudence but are there any others?
Additionally, while NYU has great theorists, I'm a little concerned with the level of supervision especially since the class sizes are supposingly big. Is there anyone who is currently studying in NYU, who can give me an idea of the typical sizes of seminars in NYU, particularly juris seminars. Additionally, is Professor Dworkin still actively teaching?
And what about Upenn? How active is their philosophical program there and has anyone done subjects in the philosophy faculty under their cross disciplinary program? Do you need an undergrad philosophy degree to do these cross faculty philosphy courses?
Thanks for the help
