I don't mean to sound harsh etc, but that is a big mistake. I don't think it can be rectified. But you could mail their addmissions committee saying you uploaded the wrong attachment.
If they let you rectify the mistake, please make material improvements in the new document that you submit, and don't just change the name of the college.
Hopefully they will buy it.

I guess your best shot is just to call them and explain to them that you uploaded the wrong file as has already been suggested, at this point you have nothing to lose.
