I applied on September 3rd, but have not received any e-mail yet. Last year they waitlisted several persons until March.

Maybe they are gonna defer all applicants?? No real admission is offered in this round? I haven't heard of a single person admitted up to this time.

As far as I know, there's at least a Chinese candidate having been accepted by PENN

I am still waiting for an email from UPenn. My application was completed in Oct. and I'm anticipating the early notification. I think many people have received a notice (rejected or deferred), but wondering if anyone has received "admission email" or has not received any notice just like me. Good luck to everybody!! :-)

Haven't heard anything either. My application was submitted late November and completed on December 10th.

No news so far either. Expecting either an offer or rejection...deferral is unacceptable for me!
