Hi guys i need your opinion. I come from Indonesia and interested with corporation law. And I have been admitted on berkeley traditional, ucla, nyu, and UPenn. And I am having a dilemma here. My choice comes down between UPenn and NYU leaning towards NYU but I am concerned about the big size classes in NYU. And is wharton business certificate is worth the point?

NYU Law allows all admitted to enrol in a business course run by Stern - equivalent to Warton. Personally, NYU offers much more varieties of program than Penn does. You may notice the number of specilizations in legal studies at NYU, whereas Penn offers only one specific llm, Master of Comparative Law.
If I were you, I would rather concern about NY bar than the class size and/or business certificate.
