Any domestic applicants outside of tax hear anything from NYU? Has anyone been brazen enough to call the admissions office and ask for a timeline?

Or better yet, does anyone know how often and when the admissions committee meets?

I called. Was given the same generic answer as can be found in another thread. Don't waste your time.

I have until Friday, in which case I must accept an offer at another school. It is infuriating and unfair that one should have to wait so many months for a response.
