It hasn't been posted yet. Judging from the process in previous years, it should be posted soon and the deadline for foreign applicants is typically in late December, before the holidays.

I am applying for the IBRLA LL.M. and there is something I would like to ask you: when I am about to send my documents through LSAC, do I have to purchase tools like DAS, ITAES and similar? I can't understand whether I am able to complete my application without this expense or not.

According to their FAQ page: Applicants with foreign education credentials (those who earned their first law degree outside of the US) must purchase both the Document Assembly Service and the International Transcript Authentication and Evaluation Service.
