Hi,
got accepted on April st. My deadlines were close so I wrote them an e-mail asking them to take a decision (politely but still). I received an e-mail two hours later informing me that I was accepted.
There is still hope. Good luck to all of you

hello, I am also stil waiting for news from Columbia. I have deadlines for Georgetown and Chicago so I was also wondering if I should send an email. But I am worried that they will be annoyed by such an email and that they may reject me instead of still keeping me waiting... What do you think?

Maybe you should write an e-mail. I really do not hink that they would reject you on the sole ground that you wrote an e-mail requesting that a decision be taken. It would be uncalled for and a shame for such a university.
Here is my advice: write an e-mail, tell them that you have deadlines real close and that you need to know when their decision, whether positive or negative, will be available. Just say you can't wait much longer. They'll understand that they need to take a decision without even having to explicitely ask them.
Good luck to you

Dear Colleagues
Any news from CLS? Anyone rejected/accepted? Does CLS send its admission decisions at this moment?
If got it right, we need to wait till the end of April.

I still haven´t received aything. I was deferred to the regular cycle and nothing!!! I guess they will really finish accepting by late April!
When I sent an e-mail to HLS the inmediately replied with my rejection so, I really don´t feel like e-mailing CLS.

I sent an e-mail to CLS last week (on Thursday) asking them about any info on my application and I still do not have a reply. Nothing. Zero. Is this normal??? I do not know what to think.

I'm in the same situation, they have replied to my email that my application is still under review and they will inform me as soon as a decision has been taken...
I hope there still available seats...
Columbia's procedure realy sucks !!!

Hi all
Up until yesterday, I had heard nothing from Columbia other than confirmation of receipt of my application (on 29 December). I had pretty much given up all hope of being admitted. Much to my suprise (and delight) I was notified of my addmission this morning. Yay!
So to everyone still waiting - hang in there and good luck.

Is there anybody who has at first received the admission decision by an express mail service?
Have those amitted to CLS (notified by e-mail) already received an admitted student documents package? If yes, by which delivery service (UPS, FedEx etc)?
Guys, again, any news from CLS?

Guys,
In http://www.llm-guide.com/board/45395/last/#last one said that "almost all decisions are out" regarding CLS. At the same time, CLS's website provides that most decisions will be announced late April or early May.
I hope that those who have not received CLS's decisions yet have all real chances to get through.
what do you think?
