Yup, I think I already discussed that in the above link. I prefer D'Agostino since the location is better (albeit only slightly). I think the rooms are bigger in Mercer though.

My understanding is that the studios are very hard to get and are often allocated to couples. I could be wrong though.

I may live in the noisiest apartment of Mercer (second floor, Broadway side). The windows are well-sealed, but on the weekends it gets pretty noisy (in particular, I hate ambulance drivers and firefighters). I got used to it and I don´t wake up at night - and, as a matter of fact, I am not moving during Summer... However, I would recommend you to try to get an apartment on the Mercer side of the building.
