It's at 220 North Quarry Street, Apartment 5. 10 miniutes walk from Law School.

Lease Terms:
- August 3, 2008 - July 20, 2009
- Discounted Rent Rates for 1 or 2 persons = $1170 per month ($585/ room)
- Rent includes Heat & Hot/Cold Water
- Coin-Op Laundry in the building
- Tenant is responsible for Electric and a one time payment for Trash / Recycling removal of $150.00 per person per lease term (due by February 5, 2009)

BTW, I am a Chinese girl and will come to Cornell for LLM study.
