hey guys, i'm a JD student getting an LLM at the same time in international legal studies. how useful is it to get both degrees for practical purposes? if i don't plan to do further academic work in law, is it practical to get this additional LLM degree?
LLM useful?

I think if you are not in academic field (or you are not an international student) the llm. is not much helpful for those who already has JD.(which i think is enough for practicing law).
Unless it is a specific LL.M. such as LL.M. in IP or Taxation or Maritime law or ect..
