Does anyone know whether NYU J.D. students and LL.M. students in the same course are graded on the same scale or a separate scale?

I think LLM students at NYU are not graded on the curve. At least that's what is stated this thread:

I am currently in Berkeley and, at least here, the decision whether to grade J.Ds and LL.Ms within the same curve is up to each professor, but generally speaking, they use separate curves.
