Does anyone know if there are any LLM programs that have application deadlines which have not yet expired? Also, are there any that start in winter instead of fall?

Parhaps you should try to send an e-mail to admissions office of George Wahington or American University. Although deadlines have passed,they told me they 'd still review an application if they receive it within the following week.

Boston University's Banking and Financial Law program's dealine is around May. So you can still apply. I am not sure about other LLM programs there.

American University's deadline is May 1 and Yeshiva Uni. in NY, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law's is I believe August 1.

Georgetown had extended the deadline to April 1 but I guess it is too late now.
