from what i have heard you would need at least a 3.3 to get in to a aba approved law school, but i may be wrong.
how is your undergraduate university ranked in taiwan? I have heard some people say that schools do take those rankings into consideration.
another thing to do would be to score high in your toefl and also provide really strong references and write your recommendations as strongly as possible. i have read something about people with low gpa s getting into law school so keep your spirit up!!
another thing that i would suggest is to actually call up the school and consult with them. they might hang up on you at first but keep trying and maybe they might give you some good advice.
good luck
