I am really thinking about applying to this program, does anyone know if one needs to have a legal experience with Taxation (apart from taking courses of TAX LAW) in order to be accepted? since my experience lies with Corporate Law.

Prior experience in the tax field helps, but it is not essential. A good essay explaining the reasons you want to pursue an LLM in taxation and prior professional experience (even if it is non-tax related), plus strong academic credentials and a good TOEFL grade could help you build a strong case in your favor. However, bear in mind that you will be competing with other candidates that have prior experience in tax - and they may have an edge in this respect.
