However, be advised that "High Pass" is nearly impossible to achieve, as most of the students get "Pass" and rarely someone gets "High Pass".

How many students harvard and Upenn accept in 2013 for LLM? And do you think I have a chance with Toefl 106?

My understanding is that toefl alone does not carry a lot of weight. They will look at your application together as a set. Just stay positive dude. If you have a good strong application overall, toefl won't matter. Just, FYI - though I have exemption from toefl from some universities, my toefl score is lower than yours and I am very positive about getting in a good uni.

lady justice i had an approximately 3,50 GPA. But among them i had various letters :) A to C :) I am admitted to KCL too. I think i have a tendency for USA. But KCL is also tempting a lot :)
