Congratulations to all who recieved offers. My application status says 'application completed' and the current status date is December 6. Does that mean its under review or review is complete?

I don't know about the odds, but a friend of mine who was waitlisted last year didn't hear back from them until July (she got in). She naturally had to tell them no because by then she had long since made plans to attend another school. It's pretty absurd for Georgetown not to take people off the wait list until July.
Ok, I will wait as GULC is the only school I'm considering - hopefully, they get back to me before July.
