I have just been informed that Georgetown is granting me a half tuition scholarship. This is really great.

For your information, I am an international student and I applied to the LLM in taxation program.

I guess the admission office began to release their decisions. ( offer, waitlisted, etc) But my app still remain as the same. (application completed) Anyone face the similar situation or I just the outlier here?

What time did you get a response from Georgetown?

In my case it takes 2 months

when did you send your application and when did it go complete? Thanks in advance.

Well my application went complete on December 21th, 3 days after I sent my application by courier, Last Friday I mean February 22 I received an email mentioned that I am part of Wait List.

Any news?? My application is still as application completed.. the current status is January 17 and still haven't heard anything from them. I applied to the IBEL LLM. Anyone accepted yet for this programme??

My status has been since early February "Application Completed". Between Friday and yesterday, it changed to "Application Complete and Under Review". This morning it changed back to "Application completed!!"

Can anyone tell me what this would mean???? Thank you for any response!!!

I recommend that you try to login to the admitted students website... Your response is on its way.

My status has been since early February "Application Completed". Between Friday and yesterday, it changed to "Application Complete and Under Review". This morning it changed back to "Application completed!!"

Can anyone tell me what this would mean???? Thank you for any response!!!

Hi Sumeya, my application went "Under Review" on a Tuesday, then I received an acceptance email on that Thursday and my applicaiton went back to "Application Complete" on the same day (Thursday). So I guess they just switch them back to "Application Complete" after they've made their decision. So the question is, where is your email with their decision? Or did they put you back into a pile to review again at a later date? Sorry I cannot help more than that.

BTW, my acceptance email actually went into Spam. I don't know why because I had received several other messages from GULC that came right through. Maybe there is something in the email that is caught as Spam. Check your Spam folder?

Also, it takes about 24 hours to show up on the Admitted Students web site, so don't take that as a bad sign.

I got admitted today as well. But I doubt if they sent me a complete email. I filed the application on Dec. 21, and received a confirmation on the same day. Good luck to you!
