Probably the top 5. You can study with Macey at Yale, Benchuk at Harvard, J. Coffee at Columbia, G. Miller and Chancellor Allen at NYU ,Posner and Epstein at Chicago...,

I agree - you can't go wrong with any of the schools mnementh mentioned, though I'd make one small addition: I'd add Stanford, with Prof Joseph A. Grundfest et al, into the equation as well.
