Sent my application in mid November and still no word...

i submitted my application in the middle of november and did not receive a e-mail notification of my admission. however, my online status changed to decision one day...since i already know that i won't attend cornell, i already sent back their form declining their offer....so one spot should be free again for you guys. good luck!

Yes they have, I've been admitted a few weeks ago (by postal mail, not e-mail).

Thanks! Yes, the system works. I checked a few days before I got the letter, and my status was still "complete". After I had gotten the admissions letter, I went back online to check my status, and it had indeed changed to "decision". Good luck to all those still waiting!

It really cheers me up. It is said that the noticifcation by mail might be negative sign. but seemingly, this view is not correct as people hear good news from Cornell by mail 2.
