Has anyone heard from Cornell yet who was not in the early action process? My application missed the early application deadline by a few days... On their homepage they say that the decision takes 8-12 weeks if the application was completed by February 1, but as far as I understand it, Cornell has rolling administration, right? Does anyone know how long it usually takes them to make a decision?

I emailed them to ask them about early actoins, and they said that early action only applies to JD applicants, not LLM. I guess they have a rolling admissions basis, but I don't know when to expect the decision. I wish we would here soon, it would certainly save me some deposit money that I may be about to burn.

How much is the deposit? Or do we not know until they tell us?

I don't know about the Cornell deposit, its just that some other offers I have want me to put a seat deposit down by February 5th. Pretty annoying really.

I just checked my status of application on the Cornell website and it says that a decision has been reached and that they are sending it through the mail. Has anyone else received this message or the actual admission/rejection letter in the mail?

The deposit is $200, I have until April 1 to make it (date of postmark). It's a nice long deadline.

i also got the letter of admission today...! now it's a hard decision to make between cornell, duke, northwestern, chicago and georgetown...and still waiting for penn, virginia, ucla and nyu....
