I've been looking for a good "Constitutional Law" LLM program, but haven't found any specialized programs in the top 10-15 univs. Can any one help me out here? Are there any specialized programs?, or am I gonna have to take a General LLM and chose the constitutional law oriented courses...

I don't have knowledge about any specialised constitutional law programs, although I suspect there will be some.
The question is whether you want to attend an "inferior" school for a specialised program? It seems to me personally that you would better look at the T14 schools and the constitutional law classes they offer and go there. But that is just a personal take.

Yep, I agree, having the opportunity of attending or taking a general LLM in a top 14 school vs. going to an "inferior" school, is not a difficult choice to make.
Do you, or anybody for that matter, know which univ. may have a better faculty for taking constitutional law courses? I would imagine that HLS and YLS are a given, but what about NU, NYU, Columbia, or GWU and Georgetown?
