I am waiting for Columbia and NYU...I ve recieved no news!!My problem is that, as I am not yet graduated (will be in june), I am afraid that there will be no answer till then!Is anybody in the same conditions????I ve also applied to Georgetown and I ve been admmitted...it is well known in Spain...but what about in the rest of the world?

@Emme : you should not give up. NYU requires a decision by May 6, I guess CLS will have notified you by then!

@srk: I chose Columbia over NYU Corporate, but I think I would also have chosen Columbia over NYU ILS. Just think Columbia is the best..

@Piru: Georgetown might be well known, but there is no comparison possible with schools like CLS, NYU, HLS..

Is everyone that is still waiting to hear from Columbia in their final year as an undergrad?...or, has anyone who is still a final year undergrad got an offer from Columbia for the LLM?

Finally, got an admission e-mail from Columbia, but no financial assistance....

@xhale: I friend of mine who is a final year undergrad received was accepted more than a week ago.

@Maria_Gri: congratulations! Only Cambridge left? As for me, I have been accepted by Cam, but still waiting on Columbia.

Hi, Columbia admitted students! Can somebody please tell me, how long did you wait from the day the admission e-mail has been sent to you until the day you received the admission packet at home? Was is sent by regular mail or by FedEx?

I know TJ, I got the email on April 1 and I have not recevied the package yet.... anyone who recevied it was it by mail or international courier

I waited more than a month (NY/Brussels) - try to remain positive (btw they use regular mail ....)

They have not given me a deadline.. All the email said was that I was accepted and they could not offer me financial assistance

I got my admission e-mail last Friday, but I also asked to send me the admission letter by fax. In this letter, the deadline to pay a deposit is 29 April.

I have to pay my deposit on April 20 at latest and I do not know how to do it, since the "pay deposit" icon on my online application page doesn't function and I haven't received the packet yet. Can anybody tell me how he/she paid the deposit? Thanks!

They sent me by fax a deposit form, you can put your credit card number on it and fax it back. SO if you don't get the admission package before 20 Aoril, just ask them to fax you this paper

What subjects are you going to pick up at Columbia, what is you area of interest? And have you considered other options or Columbia was your first choice school?

Maria_Gri, I will most probably focus on Commercial, Corporate, and Securities Law and also take some courses in International Law. Yes, Columbia is my first choice. How about you?
