Regular cycle, online application on 28 October, transcripts required on 31 October + update (for Toefl results) on 26 November...Received the application complete notification yesterday.

Send them an e-mail. Althought they prefer not to receive e-mails from applicants, they are nice and they reply pretty fast and to the point.

Sounds interesting. Re the exemption from toefl, my first law degree was taught entirely in English from india, where English is not the native language and I have been granted an exemption from the toefl.
