I am thinking of asking for an expedited decision. i had applied in early review but was deferred that time. can anyone tell me what are the things that i should mention in the request cause there is no application reference number.

It depends on the deadlines you are facing. Anyway, they should reply within a day or a couple of days.

They don't 'make' a decision within a day. They are announcing you the decision that they made awhile ago. CLS has a unique admission process, but be sure that the decision was made for you already some time ago.

I am also still waiting for a decission. Does anyone know if you receive a scholarship notification with your admission decision? This would be very helpful, since I am seriously considering to request an expedited decision. I have to confirm my admission and scholarship offering from other Programs really soon.

I really can't understand why they don't send rejections... if they have already made their decisions...

Just got admitted, but with no financial aid (for those wondering, the financial aid application result comes with the email).
I think I will decline the offer though !

Just got waitlisted a few hours ago. I have an April 15 deadline for NYU which makes things a bit difficult. From what I read in previous posts, requesting a expedite decision may result in a rejection, but I'll take my chance anyway!
