Berkeley or Upenn or NYU?

Hi! I need your advice on whether to accept NYUs offer (LLM in Competition and IP) or Berkeleys (Traditional Track) or Upenn. I think they all have strong programs so im having a difficult time deciding... any thoughts???

Thank you!!

1. have received any scholarship with the respective offers?
2. do you want to stay in the U.S. afterwards?

Then as I see it the most important thing for you is networking..if you do not have a personal preference (for me it would be UPenn cause of Wharton) then I would suggest NYU

I would agree completely with the previous post. NYU has a bigger alumni network and access to the NYC market. UPenn has Wharton so it's a distant second. Berkeley has a great reputation but mostly helpful for public sector and academia.

I agree, NYU provides better oportunities and you can reconcile your networking and academic interests. Berkeley has a nice Competition program but it is very focused on IP.

I agree with previous posts mostly except a suggestion that UPenn opens the door for JD admission after completion of LLM. A LLM from NYU is prestigious, but for you to practice in the US, a JD is highly regarded.
