I am on the second quartile of the waitlist. Is it hopeful or hopeless?

Not entire hopeless, I would think. A lot of people would decline admissions once Harvard/Stanford/Yale results come out. That might push a lot of people up on the waitlist.

Still under review. Applied on Jan. 8th. Does that mean a rejection?

What do you mean by timing being an issue?

Any update regarding scholarship?
Posted Mar 02, 2019 18:19
Guys I was just going through forums and I got to know that UC Berkeley is really hesitant in granting merit based scholarships. In fact, last year no one recieved the scholarship. I hope its not true. Really frustrated.
