I just heard about these new summer pre-LLM programs Berkeley Law School is launching. All the courses are open enrollment. It is part of their new International Executive Legal Education (IELE) department - http://www.law.berkeley.edu/iele.htm.

They are offering various courses including
a new "Intellectual Property in the Digital Age: Patent Licensing" (July 7-16, 2010) and new Pre-LLM Certificate Summer 2010 Programs.

I believe the pre-llm courses include Introduction to U.S. Legal System; Legal Advocacy Skills Clinic; Fundamentals of Lawyering; and Legal Writing and Research. If you are interested, all the courses are listed here - http://www.law.berkeley.edu/php-programs/iele/courseListIELE.php
