I will probably end up accepting the offer of admission to Georgetown (Tax LLM), and am now starting to think about logistics of living in DC. I am not interested in a shared housing, but am wondering how expensive a studio or a one bedroom would be, and what neighborhoods I should be looking in. Anyone has already made a trip out there and found any good neighborhoods? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
