I received a big enveloppe from Penn at the beginning of the week ... It was "just" the 2006 Graduate Programs catalog that I had already received a few weeks before :-)

I also received the catalog some weeks ago, but nothing else to date. No news, good news???

I have received a catalog as well (just one). My online status page, tough, still says that there are two transcripts missing. I have sent them an e-mail and they have told that they have received both transcripts. Nevertheless, the page has not been updated. But I guess this will not affect my "Early Notification" status, since they have received them. Anyone on the same boat?

I received a Penn U Law Catalogue a month ago also. Too cold to deliver a second catalogue in Russia now. Even email is frozen....
The Penn U online checklist is also not correct in my case but when I emailed them they said all my transcripts were there(LSAC).
So how could they check off one of my schools and not the other when I sent all of my transcripts only to LSAC and LSAC sends all your transcripts together with it's evaluation? Go figure...
Don't worry they are just overwhelmed.
Last year they had 900 applications for 80 places. This year they extended the deadline to apply for early notification by two weeks and by one month to get all your ancillary materials in. They said that they were having difficulties with LSAC so....
The countdown is on....offers as of today, as evidenced by chat participants...#14,#10,#8, and waiting on #7.....
But, it's still a long wait until March........

I haven't heard anything. My online status was wrong too so I emailed them to check and they updated it for me. Only 2 weeks waiting for this one! Does anyone know what Penn's financial aid is like?

So funny,huh,today I recieved the brochure again. So far no acknowlegement letter reached me. But a couple of days ago I e-mailed the admission officer and then promptly got the reply, expressing apology and saying they have received all my matericals I mentioned.
I am from Shanghai,P.R.C,,by the way,hoping we all seize good luck.

There is one thing I'd like to come up with here,that is,I also intend to apply to the new, English-instructed for sure,JD prograom provided by the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where common law is adopted. What do u guys think of it? Anyway I view it as a backup, in view of me being just a fresh graduate without any substantial legal experience,I'm afraid my prospect of being admitted to the American LL.M program is a little bit remote.

Hi, I'm from Brazil and my online status was also wrong. I emailed the Admissions Office and Mr. Parker called me to confirm that my application was complete (as Early Application). This was in December and I haven't received any further notice yet...
