I've just started to review the application procedures and it's a bit confusing to me so far. The llm programs that I wanna apply to state that it is not mandatory to use the International Transcript Authentication and Evaluation Service but they strongly recommend that the applicants do use this service. Accordingly, do you think that it would have negative impacts if I dont use this service and use only the DAS. Also, I've read a lot of posts about how the transcript authentication and evaluation service sometimes fails to do accurate evaluations and am a bit afraid that they may grade me poor based on my GPA by ignoring my class ranking.

I would be really happy if you could share your thoughts and experience on this.

I am about to send my Transcripts and LoRs together in one envelop from India to LSAC.

Does anyone know how many days does LSAC take to evaluate the documents?

The applications open in September and its already 21st August here. Am I late?
Because the website says that it may take 6-8 weeks.
