Does Duke have one?

If I was put on the waiting list, will Duke notify me??

I don't know whether it has a 'formal' waitlist.
I got an email from Duke last month telling that right now they can't find me a place in Duke but they ask me to let them know if I remain interested and to wait for a final decision at least for a month.
And of course, I sent an email saying I am still interested.
think I am informal wailist. ^_^
