Just got back from NZ for holidays. I also got an offer for admission. Congratulations to all who have received decision and good luck to those waiting.

Dear lawmann, I chose Cornell again mainly to push my luck as I got waitlisted for 2014 session. Thankfully this time I got the offer. I applied to other law schools before this, especially the ones that don't require class rank since my uni of first degree did not grant class rank. I would have to make a special application to get that kind of documentations.

Congrats Hungrypoet on your offer. What is the deadline for accepting? And are you accepting the offer?

Thank you lawmann, I am accepting the offer. From the decision email, I need to make a payment to reserve my seat by April 1st 2015.

I wonder if they'll send a package with some materials introducing Cornell like other schools. They didn't mention this in the email

Do you guys know whether Cornell has pre-school program for international students who are supposed to enroll or not?
I know there are some summer programs for international LLM students in Duke and Upenn, but I couldn't find any information with relation to the summer program on Cornell law school homepage.

Regarding the recommendation letters, did you send them with through lsac or with the recommendation form provided by the law school?

I have sent my application since 3 weeks and they don't seem to be processing my documents so I wonder if it's not because I sent my recommendation letters through lsac.

Hi guys,

I sent my application on Oct 4th and the application was completed on Oct 17. Just like the comments above, there was a change in the status date - Nov 25th.

I read Cornell Law's webpage on LL.M FAQs during submission and noted on the two cycles of admission. However, I checked again last month and just a few minutes ago - it seemed that they withdrew the statements on cycle admissions. Also on my status page, it says that decision will come out mid April onwards.

What do you guys think? This is my second time applying and the wait is killing me.

It seems strange.. A decision may have been taken, however i suppose it is indicated on the status page when it is the case! Had you the same kind of status last year when you applied?

Edit: just wonder, after the first "complete" status date and the second updated one, is there a third status update before we receive a decision?

Hi AWRKA, yes, decisions are made on a rolling basis.
I sent my application on November 24th, 2014 and I got my admission letter on January 29th, 2015.
