I am a British Citizen qualified as a Barrister & Solicitor in Sierra Leone. I hold an LLB degree from the University of Sierra Leone (Second Class) and successfully sat the bar exams in Sierra Leone. I also hold an LLM in International Business & Commercial Law from the University of Manchester in the UK.
I have 5 years of experience in private legal practice at a reputable commercial law firm in Sierra Leone and recently started work at a local bank in Sierra Leone as Legal Officer.I however wish to relocate and practice law in the UK.

What courses do I need to do (if any) to practice as a Barrister or Solicitor in the UK?
What are my prospects of securing a job at a decent firm or in-house job at a company in the UK?
Would my University of Sierra Leone LLB be recognised, since Sierra Leone is an english speaking, common law country?
