Hello!
I am intending to apply for UCL before having taken IELTS or TOEFL. KCL and LSE do make decissions on addmission even if the tests have not been taken yet, provided that the student takes the test and submits respective certificate before enrollment. Does UCL do the same? I did not become clear to me from the information on their website and the very application form. Thanx in advance for help!

Hello there,
Being currently in the UCL LLM, I can tell you that UCL does the same. You can send your English test later (I remember that I said that in my application).
If you are accepted, then your offer will be conditionnal, i.e. provided you to submit a successfull test. As I remember, the deadline was end of august for me to do so.
The requested score in English is quite tough to get (7.5 in IELTS, unless being very good, be prepared not to get this mark at your first try).
Do not hesitate to ask if further information is needed on the UCL LLM.
Cheers,
Ronin
