Not feeling optimistic about the MJur considering the MLF result.
Don't lose hope! Button disappearing is no concrete actual indication of a positive response. Mine disappeared but its completely silent from their side. Don't give up just yet

I am the one with the button who didn’t disappear (I think one of the only ones). I just received an email that I am waitlisted. I kind of had a feeling when I saw that literally everyone except for me had a disappearing button, that there must be something somewhat unusual going on. So yeah, waitlist it is.
Good luck to the ones still waiting. It’s been very rough on me personally so I hope others are coping better.

My button never disappeared, it’s still there. I received an email approximately 15 minutes ago, stating I was waitlisted.

Congratulations guys! I got wait listed for MLF. Does anyone know the chance of a waitlisted getting an offer and when the offer is usually communicated?
From some preliminary research I’ve done, odds are not great (edit: I should say very bad), because they over-offer anyways, meaning that even if some people refuse their offer, they don’t immediately have to tap into their waiting list. I have read dozens of cases online of waitlisted people being rejected for the MLF, and none of them being accepted. Moreover, the process seems kind of brutal, reading threads on the student room I can see even if you get an offer, it will be very late, like June and beyond. For me personally, that is simply too late, because I have an offer from another university I have to respond to in the middle of April. So I’m viewing the waitlist as a rejection.

Could be today but could also be in the weekend, I’m fairly sure that rejections for the MLF have come in the weekend in the past.

Nope, still there. Any idea what is the weightage of the written work compared to grades, CV, references? Not sure if my written work from my undergrad is 'Oxford' level!
