Oxford 2022-2023 BCL/MSCs/MJUR/MPHIL/MLF Applicants

Gößling

Has anyone already had the "Upload Document" button disappeared in the Self Service Portal? (Particularly those who applied to the MLF as they are typically the firsts to find out about their results).

I applied to both the MLF and the MJur and the button has not disappeared for either of them. Has yours disappeared?

No, it hasn´t. I applied to the MPhil and from past threads I can assume that it is not supposed to disappear by now. I was just asking to see if MLF applicants had already their buttons disappeared as an indication that decisions are going to start rolling out during this week, so that we can expect to hear some news about the MPhil in the coming week.

MLF applicant here - button still exists. Just hoping they let us know their decision by this month.

When entering to your application section in the applicant self service portal, you will see the button "Supporting documents". Once there, at the bottom part, there´s an option to upload new documents. This option is supposed to be gone whenever a decision has been made.

Thank you for this clarification Troye25 (upload button), much appreciated mate and best of success on your applications.

Thank´s for your response. Then I think Oxford won´t start rolling out decisions neither today nor tomorrow. Hope you guys hear back soon.

Best of luck!

My button is still there but on clicking I'm getting an error message. "DTY '' is not valid for entity '.'." Is anyone else experiencing this?

Nothing for me

Hello there,

Should we be expecting updates re: BCL from next week? Or is it one of those you never know situations?

Thanks

Hello there,

Well in previous years decisions were sent out programs wise, following an specific order:

1) MSc in Criminology
2) MLF
3) MPHIL
4) BCL/MJUR
5) MSc in Taxation

So I highly doubt this year will be any different. However, in previous years decisions for the MSc in Criminology and for the MLF were sent out between the first and the second week of March. So, unless something happens tomorrow, I guess we can expect to learn about decisions until next week.

I get this upon clicking the 'upload' button too. Isn't that normal because we are trying to upload past the deadline?

I think I read somewhere from the student room that the upload button disappeared for some people who applied to the Criminology course. So maybe very soon for MLF applicants as well

I had applied for the MLF and the upload documents button is no longer visible. I had one question - the only way we can get to know about the status of application is through an email from Oxford. Correct? There will not be any info on the portal. Right?
Thank you in advance for any insights on this and good luck to all the applicants!

My upload button for MLF has disappeared but it is still there for my BCL application.

Apologies in advance to those who dislike reading about these types of theories. I am not too sure what to make of this either, but just feel like sharing and contributing to this forum since this place has been a source of comfort for me during these few weeks and it really helps to read that others are in the same boat. :)

All the best to all!

Hey @miki3999, I know you have been involved in / followed previous years' threads; what is your honest opinion on this button theory? Is there genuine evidence to support the idea that no button = a good sign?
