I just received this:
"I am writing to let you know that we have now considered your application for the Magister Juris (MJur) starting in September 2022 and that we will shortly be sending you a Certificate of Offer which will detail the conditions which you will need to meet to become a student of the University. Our graduate admissions round is highly competitive, so please accept our warm congratulations on your achievement. We very much look forward to being able to welcome you to Oxford in due course.Yours sincerelyDr Dorota LeczykiewiczAssociate Dean for Graduate Studies- Taught".
I would also like to share with you guys my path with those applications.
I applied for the MSc in Criminology in 2020 and was rejected.
Then I applied again for the MSc and also the MJur in 2021, and was rejected for both.
This year, I applied only for the MJur and the acceptance came. I am beyond happy!
I still don't know if I am actually attending due to financial reasons, but I am so grateful either way.
Btw, I was not shortlisted for Chevening interviews.
I am telling you this because I know how disappointing and exhausting this whole process might be, but don't give up!
And don't assume that a rejection in a process necessarily means rejection forever.
Now lets hope for the scholarships!
And best of luck for those still waiting for the outcome! Thank you all for the virtual companionship.
Many, many congratulations on all of it (including your resilience and not giving up!)!!!!
Thanks so much for this rich and very kind text!
Best of luck with funding and, again, congraaaats!!
