On waiting list for BCL, but I have no idea what this entails, how long the list is, or the chances of being given an offer...

For what it’s worth on the 2018-19 forum, offers started rolling out on the 15th March and someone didn’t get one until a couple of days later, so I’m trying to be hopeful, but no guarantee that will happen this year of course

Nothing for me! I have applied for the Mjur and the Mphil, but I must confess I am not confident anymore.

Received an offer a few minutes ago. Is there a WhatsApp group at the moment? Have not decided if I’ll take up the offer yet, and would love to chat with anyone else also still deciding.

So then I'm guessing it is not true that all offers are received at once (or in 2 batches), since someone got an offer at 14:10 etc?

Just informed that I was put on a waiting list for Mjur. I am wondering when the deadline for offer holders to accept or decline offer is. And do you know how the possibility of receiving an offer is and when the results will be released? Thanks.

Deadline is 17 April.

Is it safe to assume that’s it for today and no more offers will be sent out until (maybe) tomorrow morning?

since (apparently) no rejection letter has been sent today, I would assume that tomorrow is the Rejection Day : (

He guys, I also got the news I am on the waiting list. Anyone has a clue what this actually means? How many people are on it and if you still have a chance to get in?

What a cruel method to follow. Rejections should have come out earlier so as to not keep one expecting bad news for an entire day.
I have to agree though, I'm not confident at all now.

Hi guys. Same with me - just received the offer for the MJur. Although, it is a conditional one (English test).
Since I am outside the UK (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and have no financial possibility to pay for the full cost, did anyone here apply for the Chevening Scholarship? Do you have any experience/information on how things work? It will not be until the mid of July that I will be informed whether I got the scholarship or not...

I am also interested in WhatsApp/FB group, so if there is any, please inform us :).

Also, since there is a state of emergency here due to the Covid-19 (I guess the state is pretty much the same in the UK), do you have any information on whether the Oxford will extend the deadline for the offer acceptance?
