it can take weeks and even months (!) for the self-service page to be updated.

as far as I can judge, unless one has a college place, the offer will be conditional. I quote from the e-mail:
"Strictly, your admission to the University will be conditional upon your admission to a college".

I have got the conditional offer as well, and I am very happy with it.

I believe that all offers are conditional since the email says:

"Your offer letter from the Board of Graduate Studies will give you all the
details about your offer, but to give you an indication, your offer might
be conditional upon the following:
-financial conditions ...
-academic conditions ...
-English language conditions ..."

And my selfservice page still says "applicant".

congratulations to everyone who made it. I called Cambridge today, they said that my file was still being processed and I would be able to get an answer tomorrow afternoon.

I am keeping my fingers crossed !!!

Just got the email from Cambridge to say I'd been admitted.

I got my offer by email but another friend got his a week ago. I think they are doing them as they process them.

Admission letters have been sent out for 2005 already.

Just called the law faculty, they said no decision has yet been reached concerning my application....

Does anyone get admission from Cambridge?

Me, too.!!! Haven't had any news this week - apparently, nobody on this discussion board has... I think I might call them on Friday, should I not have any news by then, although they might just tell me they couldn't process my file yet, just as they have told other people before. Hi, got a call from cambridge today saying I got in. It seems like they finally made all their decisions today from what the lady on the phone said and everyone should be getting emailed soon.
To those still waiting for Cambridge the waiting should be over soon. Goodluck!

PS: I am still waiting to hear from Columbia though, has anyone heard anything yet?

I have a friend who has got thru Columbia... so they're probably sending out their offers as well

They are. I got an e-mail from Columbia saying I was acceepted the day before yesterday.
