At Cambridge, the fees are:
UK/EU £4,520; overseas £11,850
Plus about £2,300 in college fees.

In addition, as you rightly point out, living expenses in London are higher. It may also be worth keeping in mind that the LLM at Cambridge is 9 months, while the LSE LLM is 12 months (the last three of which may however be spent away from the school).
