LL.M rankings for which area of law?
And only England? Or other parts of the United Kingdom too (Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland )?
Also, what grades have you attained so far, and at what level of education, this will have a significant affect on which LL.M programmes you could expect to be admitted to (assuming that is your goal).
If you can answer these questions, then it will be much easier for people to give their recommendations as to what they consider the "best" university (and why) and also give you an idea as to which ones may be most suitable for you if there happens to be disparity between the two lists of institutions.

If you are looking for a LLm Programme in Human Rights- Essex might be a good choice
